Bienno is an ancient medieval village in Val Camonica, whose territory lies in Val Grigna. Defined as "the village of Magli", the valley in which Bienno stands is known for the traditional working of wrought iron using hammers driven by water wheels.

Rich in wonderful views and picturesque courtyards, surrounded by the greenery of the mountains, Bienno has become famous as it is one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and "Orange Flag Country".

And it is precisely a 1400s building, in the heart of the historic center, that we have chosen for our restaurant. Completely renovated, enhancing the architecture and materials typical of our small reality, such as the purple porphyry of Bienno and iron.
