The StrinĂ¹

Strinù, known outside the Camunian territory as "salamella or salamina" is a salami made of mixed pork and beef seasoned, cut lengthwise and cooked on the grill or on the plate until the meat is almost burnt.
Preferably served with bread, hence the name Pà and Strinù, this dish is famous throughout the Valle Camonica area especially during local fairs or events.
