On the back of the sumptuous Palazzo, overlooking the now well-known Piazza della Dama stands the Simoni Fè Theater, obtained from the redevelopment of the former stables of the homonymous Palace in 2009, now serves as a small theater with its 100-seat stalls, the stage and the dressing rooms.

Over the years it has been the site of all kinds of events, from theatrical performances to small concerts, conferences and presentations, hosting artists from all over the world.
