An area on the edge of the historic center of the village, newly developed on the site of former disused forges, near the Grigna stream.

It consists of two buildings, a large open square, and a vast adjacent lawn.

Within the area are different works of art from the Bienno Borgo degli Artisti project.

It is now used for sporting and artistic/cultural initiatives, such as festivals, exhibitions, musical evenings, and sporting events.
