Dating back to the 15th century, it is located in the Borgo di Prestine.

The building also known as "Madonna del Corno" was located at the edge of the village and the arch that joins the church to the rock face was once an access portal to the village, divided by a wooden door.

Both outside, under the portico, and inside there are very interesting frescoes, some of which are attributed to Pietro da Cemmo.
