Two intense days with Discovery Italia, I Borghi più belli d'Italia (Italy's Most Beautiful Villages) and the Municipality of Lovere came to an end today with the certification of Italy's first ‘Most Beautiful Road’, which connects Bienno to Lovere via Borno, Presolana and Clusone.

Yesterday saw the ribbon-cutting ceremony in Bienno, followed today by a meeting in Lovere with national and international delegations who have given life to a unique project: 100 of Italy's most beautiful roads will be promoted.

Being the first is a source of pride and gives us visibility on a national and European stage, with the presence of the Minister of Tourism, the Undersecretary, MEPs and many Italian and foreign representatives.

The road is not just a route: it is a journey to be built together.

Once again, Bienno plays a leading role in recounting the beauty, history and traditions of our most authentic Italy.
