It takes its name from the street where it is located: via Ripa, which in the local dialect becomes “Ria”.
This street is one of the main streets of the historic center of Bienno and has a splendid view of the Grigna stream and the mountains surrounding the village.
The B&B was built inside a tower-house of medieval origin, very common in Bienno, and still retains the exposed stone walls.
